| Summary, etc. | Dans une perspective néo-institutionnaliste, nous cherchons à mettre au jour l’impact des restructurations actuelles sur le paysage associatif, en particulier sur les formes de gouvernance, nouvelles ou renouvelées, adoptées par ces coopérations. Nous caractérisons les conséquences du mouvement de concentration des associations sur leur structure de gouvernance et sur leur dimension sociopolitique. Alors que la réduction des marges de manœuvre associatives est souvent mise en avant par les acteurs et travaux universitaires, nous montrons que paradoxalement, le processus de coopération peut contribuer à redynamiser et réaffirmer la dimension socio-politique des associations à travers laquelle les associations contribuent au changement institutionnel. Nous nous appuyons sur des études de cas menées en PACA et en Languedoc-Roussillon. |

| Summary, etc. | Cooperation and governance: Normalisation or regaining of associative principles?Adopting a neoinstitutionnalist perspective, the aim of this paper is to analyse the impact of current restructuring on the associative landscape, particularly on the new or revisited forms of governance. We wonder about the consequences for the associations of concentration movement in particular on their governance structure and on their sociopolitical dimension. While reducing associative leeway is often highlighted by academics and professionnals, we show that, paradoxically, cooperation processes can revitalize and reaffirm the sociopolitical dimension of the associations, through which associations contribute to institutional change. We rely on case studies in PACA and Languedoc-Roussillon. |
