| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est dans une première étape, de tenter de clarifier les concepts d’autonomie et de dépendance d’un individu ou groupe, celle-ci générant ses stratégies. Dans une seconde étape, une fois éclaircie la distinction radicale entre ces deux concepts, la formalisation à un instant t des systèmes de valeurs culturelles et des systèmes de moyens, fondements de l’autonomie, s’est avérée nécessaire afin de cartographier les actes, « atome » des actions, à partir de mesures d’acceptation/rejet culturelle et de capacité/incapacité de réalisation de chacun de ces actes : le principe est qu’un acte est dit autonome dès lors qu’il est globalement accepté par le système de valeurs et en même temps possible par le système de moyens. Dans une troisième étape, sur une période, la dialectique système de moyens - système de valeurs doit être autant que possible formellement examinée, car elle fonde les choix stratégiques. Ceux-ci sont bien sûr fonction de l’objectif fixé, celui-ci étant porteur de valeurs et d’intérêts. Cela a pour effet de faire exprimer un spectre des attitudes, d’où émane les rapports des forces permettant ou non l’atteinte de l’objectif, et qu’il convient de mesurer. L’application de la démarche théorique proposée a été testée dans le domaine sanitaire, et les résultats sont encourageants. |

The principle is that an act is said autonomous when it is both accepted by the value system and at the same time possible by the means system. Of course, these depends on the objective, this one being carrier of values and interests. It has the effect of making a spectre of attitudes, from where emanates the reports of the strengths, which are advisable to measure. The application of the proposed theoretical approach was tested in the sanitary domain, and the results are encouraging. |
