| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes aspects éthiques des essais cliniques dans la CEI sont basés sur le développement d’une revue éthique systématique et la responsabilité éthique des chercheurs, des sponsors et des agences gouvernementales et de la société. Ceci constitue l’objectif principal du Forum pour les Comités d’éthique de la Communauté des Etats Indépendants (FECCIS) dont l’existence et les activités sont focalisées sur l’intégration de la CEI dans le système mondial de la recherche biomédicale pour la garantie des normes éthiques pour la protection des droits de l’homme et l’harmonisation de l’espace réglementaire et méthodologique pour la protection des droits de l’homme et de la dignité de ceux dans la CEI qui participent à la recherche biomédicale. |

| Summary, etc. | The ethical aspects of clinical trails in the CIS are based on the development of systematic ethical review and ethical insight and responsibility on the part of researchers, sponsors, and government agencies and society. This is the main purpose of the Forum for Ethics Committees in the Commonwealth of Independent States (FECCIS) whose establishment and activities are focused on the integration of the CIS into the world system of biomedical research with regard to safeguarding ethical standards of human rights protection and harmonization of regulative and methodological space to safeguard protection of human rights and the dignity of biomedical research participants in the CIS. |
