| Summary, etc. | Le Covid 19 a produit un renouvellement des conditions de travail susceptible d’affecter la santé mentale, un risque professionnel que le droit des risques psychosociaux (RPS) contribue à prévenir. L’article met en lien le stress, un des composants de ce droit en formation, et le télétravail, solution de mise à distance des corps physiques. Pour constituer un RPS, le stress doit être pathogène. Une question essentielle se pose : comment l’éviter ?Dans le prolongement, d’une part, des divers fondements du droit des RPS applicables au télétravail, il s’agit, d’autre part, d’apprécier les outils dont disposent les acteurs tenus de veiller à la prévention. Bien que le droit des RPS ne cesse d’évoluer vers plus de sécurité pour la santé mentale, quelques pistes sont proposées pour le cas particulier des télétravailleurs. |

An essential question arises: how to avoid it?As an extension, on the one hand, of the various sources of RPS law applicable to telework, it is, on the other hand, to assess the instruments available to the actors required to optimize risk prevention. Although RPS law continues to increase security for mental health, some tracks are proposed for the benefit of teleworkers. |
