| Summary, etc. | L’évolution des lois de bioéthique reflète, en partie, l’évolution du regard porté par la société française sur la nature du corps humain. Ces dernières années, les débats ont tout particulièrement porté sur les conséquences, en matière de filiation, de la loi de 2013 ouvrant le mariage aux couples de personnes de même sexe. Dans ce contexte précis, cette contribution examine en quoi le développement des recherches sur les cellules-souches vient troubler notre regard sur le concept même d’ordonnancement du corps humain. Ce concept est en effet central car permet de mettre en perspective éthique et praxis démocratique. |

| Summary, etc. | The evolution of bioethics laws reflects, in part, the evolution of French society’s view of the nature of the human body. In recent years, debates have focused on the consequences, in terms of filiation, of the 2013 law opening marriage to same-sex couples. In this particular context, this contribution examines how the development of stem cell research is disturbing our view of the very concept of the ordering of the human body. This concept is indeed central because it allows us to put ethics and democratic praxis into perspective. |
