L’essor du télétravail a induit une transformation radicale du paysage professionnel. Ses incidences sur la santé des télétravailleurs sont à la fois majeures et peu connues. En particulier, les risques psychosociaux induits par cette organisation de travail sont difficilement saisissables. De plus, le droit applicable en matière de protection de la santé au travail n’a pas fait l’objet d’adaptations. Autant de circonstances qui interrogent sur la nécessité de créer un socle commun de règles propres au télétravail. |
