Ce droit s’adresse-t-il à une population ciblée ou bien à la population générale ? Qu’en est-il des examens à disposition et des moyens de diagnostic ou de dépistage à mettre en œuvre ? Quelques aspects législatifs et règlementaires sont ensuite abordés, la pratique des examens de génétique étant très encadrée. Dans différents points abordés, une réflexion est suggérée sur ce qui est autorisé, versus ce qui est possible, notamment en référence à l’éthique. |
