520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Cross pollinating disciplines and perspectives on children allows the deconstruction of an universalistic vision of the law in order to focus on the psychological, cultural, and social uniqueness of each child. What are the norms that apply to children today? How have they evolved historically, legally, institutionally to better understand the gap between the law and the measures taken in everyday life to support children and families? This article aims to put children’s rights in perspective within a context of multiple normativity, and to better understand the gap between the law in force and the day-to-day actions carried out by children and their families.
