| Summary, etc. | Les mobilités européennes constituent depuis près de trente ans l’un des piliers de la construction de l’Europe de la formation. Elles ont ouvert des espaces de formation par le voyage à des millions d’étudiants et permis l’acquisition, par l’expérience de l’ailleurs, de capacités transversales relevant de la formation de soi et du vivre ensemble. En devenant un moyen au service des politiques de convergence des systèmes de certification, une focalisation sur les logiques par compétences en lien avec les référentiels s’opère. L’ étude présentée examine et interroge les évolutions des politiques et des ingénieries des mobilités européennes, à partir de l’analyse des conceptions sous-jacentes des compétences qui leurs sont associées aussi bien que des stratégies mises en œuvre par les opérateurs et certificateurs. |

| Summary, etc. | For the last 30 years, the European programmes for mobility have continuously been a real cornerstone in the building of the European vocational training policy. Furthermore, they have opened up new opportunities for thousands of students to acquire new abilities in terms of self-training and living-together, through experien- cing new horizons. Consequently, these programmes have become an effective tool to implement the convergence policy of the different qualification systems in Europe, as the focus is put essentially on the referenced skills. This study questions the evolution of the engineering applied in designing the European programs for mobility, from the analysis of the underlying associated skills and their implementation strategy, as practiced by the different operators and certifying bodies. |
