| Summary, etc. | Après avoir montré l’intérêt de l’approche psychanaly- tique de l’image et de la représentation, en insistant particulièrement sur l’importance des premiers temps, et après avoir envisagé le contexte de la maltraitance chez l’enfant d’un point de vue clinique, l’auteur examine la vertu thérapeutique de l’image à partir de l’expérience d’un groupe thérapeutique proposé à des enfants victimes de maltraitance. Un contexte clinique dans lequel, bien souvent, l’image manque comme cela peut-être le cas dans de nombreuses situations traumatiques. Au cours de ce temps thérapeutique, la « fabrique » d’une image à l’aide d’un simple bout de papier devient un excellent moyen pour favoriser un accès à l’aire transitionnelle qui ouvre sur le jeu et sur la créativité et, du même coup, les « choses en image » représentent de réels outils pour le soin psychique. |

In this clinical context images are very often lacking as it is the case in numerous traumatic situations. During this therapeutic time “making pictures” with a simple sheet of paper is a very good way to further an access to a transitional area leading to playing and creativity and, at the same time, these “things in images” are efficient tools for psychic care. |
