| Summary, etc. | En particulier en ce qui concerne les symptômes de l’adolescent, la notion d’état limite a confirmé l’intérêt d’une attention dimensionnelle et développementale envers différents modes de fonctionnement psychique plutôt qu’une rigide approche catégorielle. À l’intérieur de ce cadre sémiologique, il en ressort une redéfinition de la notion de comorbidité, notamment pour les troubles post-traumatiques. La récurrence psycho-traumatique donne à penser que ce serait, actuellement, moins la perte d’une triangularisation rigide des conflits que l’impact de stimulations sensorielles, prématurées vis-à-vis des capacités de l’individu, qui rendrait compte de l’augmentation du diagnostic. Ce constat renouvelle l’intérêt thérapeutique d’un soin institutionnel avec médiations très ajustées, notamment corporelles. |

| Summary, etc. | With regard to adolescent symptoms, the notion of borderline disorder has confirmed the interest of dimensional and developmental attention to different modes of psychic functioning as opposed to a rigid categorial approach. From this semiological framework, emerges a redefinition of the concept of co-morbidity, particularly for post-traumatic disorders. The psycho-traumatic recurrence suggests that in a contemporary context it is less the loss of rigid triangularization of conflicts and more the impact of sensory premature stimulation on the individual’s capacities, which accounts for the exacerbation of diagnosis. This observation renews the therapeutic interest of institutional care attending to very adjusted mediations, particularly bodily mediations. |
