Au sud Caucase, les guerres du Haut-Karabagh, dont le troisième conflit sanglant entre l’Azerbaïdjan et le Haut-Karabagh éclaté le 27 septembre 2020, s’inscrivent dans cette question frontalière et offrent un exemple saisissant des interactions entre conflit armé et frontières. |
