| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose une analyse constructionnelle de certaines structures de l’allemand (du type Sie sang das Kind in den Schlaf) en les situant par rapport aux constructions causatives avec mouvement (caused motion constructions) analysées en anglais par Goldberg (1995). La thèse centrale repose sur l’idée d’un continuum de causativité partant d’un côté de mini-systèmes plus ou moins grammaticalisés et/ou lexicalisés (locutions à verbe fonctionnel) pour se clore sur des structures au premier abord difficilement explicables en termes de constructions régulières. La démonstration vise à mettre en évidence l’existence d’un schéma, relativement abstrait, commun aux différents types d’énoncés envisagés qui, dans les cas les moins attendus et à première vue les moins figés/lexicalisés, nécessite tout de même de revenir aux notions de restrictions et, dans une certaine mesure, de figuration propres aux approches phraséologiques classiques. |

| Summary, etc. | Caused-motion constructions in German : from a phraseological to a constructional approach This paper argues for a constructional approach to some typical German structures such as Sie sang das Kind in den Schlaf by comparing them to the English caused-motion causative constructions studied by Goldberg (1995). The main thesis is that of a continuum of causativity leading from small, more or less grammaticalized and/or lexicalized systems (light verb constructions for instance) to structures that cannot easily be described as regular constructions. The discussion aims at showing that such structures rely on an abstract schema that is common to all types of utterances. For the less fixed and lexicalized ones, this abstract schema has to be enriched with the notions of restriction, and to some extent, of figuration, that are the heart of more classical phraseological approaches. |
