| Summary, etc. | Le travail vise à élucider le rôle que joue le genre grammatical dans la composition [ nn] en français, en mettant en évidence les différences avec le japonais. Nos analyses portent sur deux questions : l’ordre des mots des séquences [ femme + nh] ( femme maire) et la cooccurrence dans les séquences [ nnh + nh.p] ( nation sœur). En japonais, ces deux questions sont sémantiquement déterminées par la typicité en tant que nom et la transparence de la métaphore. En français, dans ces deux cas, l’intervention de la construction schématique [forme : genre grammatical] ↔ [sens : sexe dénotatif] dans le réseau de constructions entraîne un processus de « constructionnalisation procédurale » qui aboutit à une construction peu prédictible. |

| Summary, etc. | This work aims to elucidate the role that grammatical gender plays in [ nn] compounding in French, highlighting the differences with Japanese. Our analyses focus on two issues: word order in sequences [ femme ‹woman› + hn] ( femme maire ‹woman mayor›) and cooccurrence in sequences [ nhn + Kinship Noun] ( nation sœur ‹nation sister›). In Japanese, these two questions are semantically determined by the prototypicality as N and the transparency of metaphor. In French, in these two cases, because of the intervention of the schematic construction: [form: grammatical gender] ↔ [meaning: denotative sex] in the construction network, an unpredictable construction is brought in following “procedural constructionalization”. |
