Summary, etc. | Cet article explore quelques contributions des discours programmateurs à l’étude des processus de professionnalisation. Il propose d’abord une clarification à caractère théorique, visant à mieux comprendre le concept même de discours programmateur et les ingrédients notionnels qui s’y trouvent combinés. Il se poursuit par une étude empirique, dans laquelle ce cadre conceptuel est mobilisé pour décrire les processus de programmation de l’action dans le champ de la formation professionnelle des éducatrices et éducateurs de l’enfance. Une analyse de données interactionnelles orales montre comment l’activité d’une étudiante stagiaire est préparée et programmée par la tutrice qui encadre son stage ; elle montre ensuite comment la stagiaire s’approprie ces consignes pour programmer à son tour l’activité éducative adressée aux enfants. |

Summary, etc. | This article explores some of the contributions of programming discourse to the study of professionalization processes. First, it proposes a theoretical clarification, aiming at a better understanding of the concept of programming discourse and the notional ingredients that are combined in it. It is followed by an empirical study, in which this conceptual framework is used to describe the processes of programming action in the field of vocational training for early childhood educators. An analysis of oral interactive data shows how a trainee’s activity is prepared and programmed by the tutor who supervises her internship; it then shows how the trainee appropriates these instructions to program educational activities for children. |
