| Summary, etc. | Cette contribution examine les effets de l’hypothèse de la minimisation de la longueur des dépendances (MLD) sur le positionnement du SADJ en deux langues de familles différentes, à savoir le français (langue romane) et le serbe (langue slave). À partir de données attestées, extraites de manière automatique des corpus dotés d’annotations syntaxiques, nous analysons les tendances générales, ainsi que les interactions entre la structure du SADJ et du SN d’un côté et la position du SADJ de l’autre. Nos résultats montrent l’existence dans les deux langues des effets dus à l’hypothèse MLD mais leur ampleur varie aussi bien en fonction de la langue qu’en fonction du type de SADJ étudié. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper examines Dependency Length Minimization (DLM) effects on the position of the AP in two languages coming from different families: French (a Romance language) and Serbian (a Slavic language). Based on attested data, obtained through an automatic extraction from syntactic treebanks, this work analyzes general tendencies, but also interactions between the structure of the AP and the NP on one hand, and the position of the AP on the other. Our results show that both languages exhibit DLM effects, but their amplitude varies depending on the language and on the type of the AP. |
