| Summary, etc. | RésuméA partir de notre expérience en psychiatrie humanitaire, nous poserons la question de la possibilité de « soigner l’ennemi ». Après un bref rappel de la notion d’ennemi, nous questionnerons la pertinence de ce concept en pratique humanitaire à travers les questions de neutralité, exil, altérité. La revue de la littérature en matière de soin psychique des auteurs de barbarie est très pauvre, attestant à la fois de la nécessité et la difficulté à penser cette question. Nous tenterons enfin de donner quelques pistes de réflexion aux questions : pourquoi soigner les responsables d’actes barbares, qui le peut et comment ? |

| Summary, etc. | Taking care of the ennemyStarting from our experience in the field of humanitarian psychiatry, we investigate the possibility of taking care of the enemy. We shall question the relevance of such a concept in the humanitarian practice through the questions of neutrality, exile, alterity. There is little literature in the field psychological care for barbarity perpetrators ; this fact attests that it is necessary and difficult to think about this question. We shall propose some tracks about these issues : why to take care of torturers, who is able to and how ? |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenPartiendo de nuestra experiencia en siquiatría humanitaria, nos interrogaremos aquí sobre la posibilidad de « atender al enemigo ». Luego de un breve recuerdo de la noción de enemigo, interrogaremos la pertinencia de este concepto en la práctica humanitaria a través de cuestiones tales como : neutralidad, exilio, alteridad. Las fuentes literarias en materia de atención síquica a autores de barbaries son mury pobres, lo que atesta a la vez de la necesidad y de la dificultad de pensar este problema. Finalmente trataremos de proponer algunas pistas de reflexión para las preguntas : ¿ porqué atender a los responsables de actos de barbaries, quien puede hacerlo y como ? |
