Lorsqu’ils parviennent à gagner la Chine, la traque systématique qu’ils subissent ne leur offre d’autre issue que la fuite désespérée vers un pays tiers, au péril de leur vie. Mais quand ils arrivent en Corée du Sud, c’est aussi à une véritable négation de leur identité qu’on assiste, sacrifiée sur l’autel d’enjeux politiques. A partir d’une mission exploratoire menée par Médecins Sans Frontières à Séoul, nous évoquerons différents problèmes théoriques et techniques que pose cette situation. |

| Summary, etc. | North-Korean refugees in South KoreaFacing political violence and starvation, more and more North Korean decide to flee. Once in China, they are persecuted and have to escape to a third country, and their life is at stake. Once in South Korea, they have to face another problem : their identity, history and suffering are often denied, mainly because of political considerations. We present the results of an exploratory psychiatric mission held by Doctors Without Borders in Seoul (South Korea) that evaluates north-korean refugees mental health, and rises different theoretical and practical problems. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenNumerosos norcoreanos se ven obligados al exilio en razón de las violencias, privaciones y penuria alimenticia impuestas por el régimen de Kin Jong II. Cuando logran llegar en China, el acoso sistemático que sufren no les permite otra solida que huir hacia un tercer país al riesgo de sus vidas. Pero cuando llegan a Corea del Sur, se asiste a una verdadera negación de su indentitad, sacrificada en el altar de los conflictos políticos. A partir de una misión exploratoria organizada por Médicos sin Fronteras en Seul, evocamos aquí diferentes problemas teóricos y técnicos. |
