| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe rêve dans la psychothérapie transculturelle, où patient et psychothérapeute ne partagent pas la même tradition onirique, est utilisé dans notre cadre de façon complémentaire, avec l’outil de l’ethnopsychanalyse. L’étude porte tout particulièrement sur la clinique anthropologique du rêve d’une situation, où une patiente marocaine se dit ensorcelée. L’interprétation de l’anthropologue, présente dans la consultation, porte sur le contenu manifeste des rêves, et tente de modifier les représentations persécutrices, en s’appuyant sur des conceptions arabo-musulmanes. La représentation de la sorcellerie demande une analyse du contre-transfert du groupe. Ainsi, le sentiment de protection prit la place de celui de la persécution, travail sous-tendu par des modifications psychiques grâce à l’utilisation des représentations culturelles. |

| Summary, etc. | Dreams in transcultural psychotherapy : in favor of an anthropological clinical approachIn a transcultural psychotherapy setting, where the therapist and the patient don’t share the same tradition of dreams, dreams are used with two complementary references : anthropology and psycho-analysis. This study concerns in particular an anthropologist’s clinical reading of dreams in a situation where a maroccan women complains of being bewitched. The interpretation of the anthropologist, who is present in the consultation, aims the manifest contents of the dreams and tries to change the persecuting representations based on muslim and arabic conceptions. The witchcraft representation induces the analysis of the transferential relation of the group. Thus, the feeling of protection will take the place of persecution ; the psychic work of transformation has been possible using cultural representations. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEn terapia transcultural, donde el paciente y el sicoterapeuta no comparten la misma tradición onírica, el sueño es utilizado de manera complementaria, con el util del etnosicoanálisis. Este estudio se interesa particularmente en la clínica antropológica del sueño de un caso, en el que la paciente marrocana se dice embrujada. La interpretación del antropólogo, presente en la consultación, se interesa en el contenido manifiesto de los sueños, y trata de modificar las representaciones perseguidoras, apoyándose en concepciones arabo-musulmanas. La representación de la brujería necesita un análisis de la contra-transferencia del grupo. Así, el sentimento de protección toma el lugar de la persecución, trabajo basado en las modificaciones síquicas logradas gracias a la utilización de representaciones culturales. |
