| Summary, etc. | RésuméSi la médecine moderne s’est édifiée sous l’impulsion du regard clinique, elle a toujours réuni, en colloque singulier, une personne qui soigne et une personne soignée. Le concept de regard clinique peut être compris comme un langage technique sur les corps des malades, construisant de manière raisonnée un diagnostic en se fondant sur l’analyse systématisée des signes et des symptômes que le « technicien du corps » aura perçus. Un autre type de langage s’avère pourtant nécessaire face aux sentiments, craintes, attentes et besoins des personnes malades ainsi que par les enjeux qui se posent dans des situations parfois « limites ». Cette volonté de recherche d’un nouveau langage hospitalier incite à une réflexion philosophique puisant à la fois dans les écrits d’Emmanuel Lévinas ou ceux plus talmudiques de Marc-Alain Ouaknin : faire l’éloge de la caresse et du dialogue éthiques comme modes d’être du soignant face à la personne malade. |

| Summary, etc. | From the clinical gaze to an ethical caress : a new medical languageIf modern medecine was built under the impulse of the clinical gaze, it always unites, in a singular confab, a caregiver and a person cared for. The concept of clinical gaze can be understood as a technical language about the patient’s body where a diagnosis is constructed in a reasoned manner, founded on a systematic analysis of signs and symptoms perceived by the « technician of the body ». However, another type of language seems necesary to face feelings, fears, expectations and needs of sick persons as well as what is at stake in situations which go beyond certain limits. This wish to seek a new hospital language encourages a philosophical reflection inspired by the writings of Emmanuel Levinas and in a more talmudic orientation those of Marc-Alain Ouaknin : praising the ethical caress and dialog as ways of being a caregiver facing a patient. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenIncluso si la medicina moderna se ha edificado bajo el impulso de la « visión clínica », ha reunido siempre en un coloquio singular una persona que atiende a une persona que es atendida. El concepto de « visión clínica » puede ser comprendido como un lenguaje técnico sobre el cuerpo de los enfermos, construyendo de manera razonada un diagnóstico al fundarse en un análisis sistematizado des los signos y de los síntomas que el « tecnico del cuerpo » habrá apercivido. Otro tipo de lenguaje aperece sin embargo nec esario frente a los temores, sentimientos, esperas y necesidades de las personas enfemas, y por las alter-nativas que se presentan en situaciones a menudo « limites ». Esta voluntad de búsqueda de un nuveo lenguaje hospitalario incita a una reflexión filosófica enraigada al mismo tiempo en los escritos de Emmanuel Lévinas o en aquellos mas talmúdicos de Marc-Alain Ouaknin : hacer el elogio de la caricia y del diálogo éticos como formas de ser de aquel que atiende frente a la persona enferma. |
