| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes « familles mixtes » s’offrent à notre réflexion comme un vrai laboratoire où l’on peut faire l’expérience de la rencontre avec l’autre et du métissage. En même temps, cette expérience est difficile, car est liée au thème de l’identité, ainsi qu’à celui de l’étrangeté. Le métissage, en tant que composition dialectique, peut conduire à des solutions créatives et inédites au problème identitaire, mais parfois est marqué par les signes du conflit et de la douleur psychique. Nous analyserons ces questions à partir de notre travail de psychiatres et psychothérapeutes en utilisant une approche qualitative pour réaliser une « ethnographie de l’intime », centrée sur l’expérience des acteurs impliqués. Nous présenterons à ce propos un cas clinique suivi en psychothérapie individuelle durant un an et demi. |

| Summary, etc. | « Intercultural couples » and their children : a new clinical problem in transcultural psychiatry ?« Intercultural families » represent real laboratories where it is possible to experience the encounter with the Other and reality of miscegenation. At the same time, the experience of “otherness” is problematic, mostly for its links to the themes of identity and strangeness. Miscegenation, in its character of « dialectic composition », may lead to new and creative solutions of the identity dilemma, even if it is often marked by signs of conflict and psychic pain. The paper analyzes these issues from the starting point of the authors’work as psychiatrists and psychotherapists, using a qualitative approach aimed at establishing an « intimate ethnography », focusing on the experience of the ones involved. The paper presents a clinical case treated in the context of a 18 month individual psychotherapy. |

| Summary, etc. | Las « parejas mixtas » y sus hijos : un nuevo problema clínico en psiquiatría transcultural ?Las « familias mixtas » se presentan a nuestra reflexión como un verdadero laboratorio donde se puede experimentar el encuentro con el Otro y el tema del mestizaje. Pero esta experiencia es difícil, ya que está relacionada con el tema de la identidad, así como con el sentimiento de extranjería. El mestizaje, en tanto que composición dialéctica, puede dar lugar a soluciones novedosas y creativas al problema de la identidad, pero a veces se caracteriza por signos de conflicto y de sufrimiento psíquico. Se analizarán estas cuestiones desde nuestro punto de vista de psiquiatras y psicoterapeutas, con un enfoque cualitativo para lograr una « etnografía íntima », centrándose en la experiencia de los actores sociales. Presentaremos un caso clínico de una paciente bajo psicoterapia individual durante un año y medio. |
