| Summary, etc. | Introduction : À Lausanne, une équipe pluridisciplinaire a conçu, réalisé et évalué une campagne de promotion de l’interprétariat communautaire dans les institutions psychiatriques publiques du lieu.Méthode : Cette campagne passait par la diffusion d’un message institutionnel clair en faveur de l’interprétariat communautaire et d’un guide pratique, ainsi que par une formation itinérante interactive (discussion de vidéos) inspirée par l’approche motivationnelle. L’évaluation de la campagne s’appuyait sur des données de facturation et un questionnaire auto-administré.Résultats : Les consultations avec interprète communautaire au sein du périmètre étudié ont triplé entre avant et après la campagne de sensibilisation et les cliniciens étaient satisfaits de la formation.Discussion : Pour modifier les pratiques des cliniciens en psychiatrie non spécialisés dans le travail transculturel, il paraît crucial d’explorer et tenter de résoudre leurs ambivalences face au travail triadique. |

| Summary, etc. | Promoting community interpreting in public psychiatry: action researchIntroduction : In Lausanne, a multi-disciplinary team conceived, carried out and evaluated a community interpreting campaign in public psychiatric institutions.Method : This campaign passes through a clear institutional message in favour of community interpreting and a practical guide along with an itinerant learning program (discussion of videos) based on a motivational approach. The evaluation of the campaign is based on billing data and a self-administered survey.Resultats : Consultations with community interpreting within the scope of the study have tripled from before and after the awareness campaign. Clinicians were satisfied with the learning program.Discussion : To modify the practices of psychiatric clinicians not specialised in transcultural work, it would seem crucial to explore and attempt to resolve their ambivalence to triadic work. |

| Summary, etc. | Introducción : En Lausana un equipo multidisciplinario ha concebido, realizado y evaluado una campaña de promoción del interpretariado comunitario en las instituciones psiquiátricas.Método : Esta campaña pasó por la difusión de un mensaje institucional claro a favor del interpretariado comunitario y de una guía práctica, así como por una formación itinerante activa (discusión de videos) inspirada por un abordaje motivacional. La evaluación de la campaña se realizó con base en datos de facturación y de un cuestionario autoadministrado.Resultados : las consultas con intérprete comunitario en el perímetro estudiado aumentaron tres veces después de la campaña de sensibilización. Los clínicos estuvieron satisfechos de la formación.Discusión : para modificar las prácticas clínicas de los clínicos en psiquiatría no especialistas en el trabajo transcultural, nos parece crucial explorar e intentar resolver sus ambivalencias frente al trabajo triádico. |
