| Summary, etc. | Cet article rend compte de l’enjeu groupal dans une prise en charge multifocale d’un adolescent au sein de l’association O.S.E (Œuvre de Secours aux Enfants). Nous interrogeons la notion de la croyance au regard d’un groupe thérapeutique de parole pour adolescents. La question de la croyance est pensée dans l’une de ses dimensions comme entrave aux processus de soin, échec lié à un mécanisme de défense face à l’étranger. Comment la croyance pour un adolescent s’avère-t-elle être un mécanisme de défense ? S’agit-il ici de croyance ou de crédulité ? Le développement et l’analyse du cas de Yigdal mettront en relief les alliances et résonnances inconscientes autour de la croyance dans ce groupe. Ils permettront de saisir la transformation d’une croyance groupale en une crédulité toute individuelle qui s’aménagera comme défense à l’altérité et au processus de subjectivation adolescent. |

We question the notion of faith in a therapeutic support group of teenagers. The question of faith is thought like an obstacle to the care process, a failure related to defense mechanisms when faced with foreigners.. How can faith be a defense mechanism for the adolescent ? Is it faith or credulity ? The development and analysis of Yigdal’s case will underline the unconscious alliances and resonances with regard to the faith within the teenagers group. It will capture the transformation of group faith into an individual credulity, which is built as a defense mechanism to otherness and the process of adolescent subjectivation. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo trata de la importancia del fenómeno grupal en un tratamiento multifocal de un adolescente, llevado a cabo en la asociación OSE (Obra de Ayuda a los Niños). Nos cuestionamos sobre la noción de creencia en el contexto de un grupo de palabra terapéutico para adolescentes. La cuestión de la creencia es pensada en una de sus dimensiones como obstáculo a los procesos de curación, en relación con un mecanismo de defensa contra un extranjero. Cómo la creencia deviene un mecanismo de defensa para un adolescente ? Es creencia o credulidad ? El desarrollo y el análisis del caso de Yigdal muestran las alianzas y resonancias inconscientes alrededor de la creencia en ese grupo. Este análisis permitirá la comprensión de la transformación de una creencia grupal en una credulidad individual que se instala como una defensa contra la alteridad y contra el proceso de subjetivación de la adolescencia. |
