| Summary, etc. | Cet article rend compte de la dynamique de l’Orspere-Samdarra sur l’interprétariat en santé. L’absence d’interprète pouvant entraver le soin du public migrant, le souci du recours à l’interprétariat est un souci majeur partagé par de nombreux acteurs. Mais, par-delà le manque de moyens dans certaines structures, le bouleversement de la configuration du soin peut aussi être un frein au recours aux interprètes.D’une part, cet article détaille les épreuves auxquelles sont confrontés chacun des participants, que ce soit le professionnel en santé, l’interprète, ou encore le migrant. D’autre part, les auteurs questionnent les enjeux liés à la professionnalisation de l’activité d’interprétariat ; dans un contexte où la puissance publique reconnait de plus en plus cette activité comme participant à l’efficience du soin.Si la formation est déjà une manière d’agir contre l’isolement des interprètes et de dispenser des connaissances qui pourraient leur faire défaut, il y a aussi un intérêt à proposer des espaces d’échange entre soignants et interprètes, non seulement pour partager la question de la place et du rôle de chacun des participants, mais surtout pour discuter les réponses pratiques que cette question amène. |

| Summary, etc. | This article deal with the dynamics of Orspere-Samdarra on interpreting in the health sector. The lack of an interpreter can harm the health care of migrants. Turning towards an interpreter is a major concern shared by many actors. But above and beyond the lack of means of certain structures, the upheaval and the makeup of health care can also prove to be an obstacle to turning towards an interpreter.On one hand, this article points out the challenges that each of the participants is faced with, whether on behalf of a health professional, an interpreter, or the migrant. On the other hand, the actors question challenges related to the professionalization of the interpreter’s activity within the context in which the public increasingly recognizes this activity as being an integral part of effective health care.While training is a means of reacting against isolating interpreters and spreading knowledge which may be lacking, there is also the interest of proposing opportunities for dialogue between care givers and interpreters not only for sharing the place and the role of each of the participants, but also for discussing ensuing practical answers to this issue. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo trata de la dinámica del Orspere-Samdarra sobre el interpretariado en el campo de la salud. La ausencia de intérprete puede afectar la atención en salud de la población migrante, razón por la cual el acceso a este servicio es una preocupación mayor de numerosos profesionales. Pero, más allá de la falta de recursos en ciertas instituciones, el cambio radical en la configuración de la atención en salud puede también disuadir los profesionales de solicitar el servicio de interpretariado.De una parte, este artículo detalla los retos a los que se confrontan cada uno de los participantes, sea este un profesional de la salud, un intérprete o incluso el migrante mismo. De otra parte, los participantes cuestionan los factores asociados a la profesionalización de la actividad de intérprete en un contexto en el que la opinión pública reconoce cada vez más esta actividad como determinante en la eficiencia de la atención en salud.Si la formación es una manera de actuar contra el aislamiento de los intérpretes y de proporcionar los conocimientos que podrían faltarles, es también pertinente proponer espacios de intercambio entre intérpretes y personal de salud, no solamente para compartir las dudas acerca del papel de cada uno de los participantes, sino también y sobre todo para debatir sobre las respuestas prácticas derivadas de este cuestionamiento. |
