| Summary, etc. | La harga fait des ravages en Algérie. Depuis les années 2000, des jeunes s’embarquent clandestinement sur des chaloupes en quête d’une vie meilleure. Le début de la révolte populaire de 2019 a été marqué par une forte diminution de cette harga. L’objectif de ce travail est d’étudier les représentations des harraga dans le contexte de la révolte populaire. L’interprétation analytique d’entretiens avec des harraga, et l’analyse des slogans scandés, montre comment la révolte a pu, pour un temps, constituer une alternative à la harga. Les deux semblent aux prises avec la hogra un sentiment de mépris et d’humiliation. |

| Summary, etc. | The Harraga (migrants illegally emigrating to Europe via the Maghreb on makeshift boats) have been wreaking havoc in Algeria. Since the 2000s, young people have been embarking on small boats in search of a better life. The beginning of the 2019 riots was marked by a sharp decrease in the numbers of harraga. The aim of this work was to study the representations of the harraga in the context of this popular revolt. An interpretative analysis of interviews with harraga and an analysis of chanted slogans show how the revolt may, for a time, have been an alternative to harga. Both phenomena seem to connect with hogra, a feeling of contempt and humiliation. |

| Summary, etc. | La harragas o migración clandestina es un gran problema en Argelia. Desde la década de 2000, los jóvenes se han embarcado clandestinamente en botes de remos en busca de una vida mejor. El inicio de la revuelta popular de 2019 estuvo marcado por una fuerte disminución de esta harragas. El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar las representaciones de la harragas en el contexto de la revuelta popular. La interpretación analítica de entrevistas con harragas, y el análisis de consignas coreadas durante las protestas, muestra cómo la revuelta pudo, por un tiempo, constituir una alternativa a la harragas. Ambas parecen luchar con la hogra, una sensación de desprecio y humillación. |
