| Summary, etc. | Le 14 avril 2021, les gouvernements des États-Unis d’Amérique, du Royaume-Uni et leurs alliés ont annoncé le retrait de leurs troupes militaires d’Afghanistan à partir du 1er mai 2021. L’instabilité a dès lors repris place en Afghanistan. Le départ effectif des soldats étrangers le 15 août 2021 a laissé le pays dans un chaos sans précédent laissant place aux talibans à la tête du pays. Plus de deux ans après la prise du pouvoir par les talibans la situation du pays est alarmante. Les fondamentalistes islamistes continuent d’imposer de sévères restrictions afin de soumettre les filles et les femmes à leur conception intégriste de l’Islam. Ces dernières ont été largement exclues des emplois publics, privées d’éducation secondaire et depuis peu des études universitaires et de travail dans les Organisations Non Gouvernementales telles que Unicef ou bien encore l’ONU. |

| Summary, etc. | On April 14th 2021 the governments of the USA, the UK and their allies announced the withdrawal of their troops from Afghanistan from March 1st 2021. Instability then returned to this troubled country. The final departure of the foreign soldiers on August 15th 2021 plunged the country into unprecedented chaos, leaving the Taliban in charge of the country. More than two years after the Taliban seized power, the situation in the country is alarming. The Islamist fundamentalists have imposed severe restrictions so as to submit girls and women to their fundamentalist conception of Islam. Women and girls have been widely excluded from public employment, deprived of secondary education, and recently of university studies and prevented from working for non-governmental organisations such as UNICEF and the UN. |

| Summary, etc. | El 14 de abril de 2021, los gobiernos de los Estados Unidos de América, el Reino Unido y sus aliados anunciaron la retirada de sus tropas militares de Afganistán a partir del 1 de mayo de 2021. Como resultado, la inestabilidad vuelve a apoderarse del país. La salida efectiva de soldados extranjeros el 15 de agosto de 2021 ha dejado al país en un caos sin precedentes, permitiendo a los talibanes gobernar el país. Más de dos años después de que los talibanes tomaran el poder, la situación es alarmante. Los fundamentalistas islámicos siguen imponiendo severas restricciones para someter a las niñas y mujeres a su concepción fundamentalista del Islam.
