| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe monde numérique n’est pas un univers austère constitué uniquement de chiffres. Les technologies ne sont pas que des instruments, ce sont également des supports d’affordances impliquant des valeurs et des interprétations de la réalité environnante. Toute technologie porte en elle une charge éthique importante. Chaque personne, chaque outil possède une éthique, émane un message, un sens qui lui est propre. Les utilisateurs perçoivent cet espace numérique sous des angles de vue différents qui peuvent être réels, fictifs ou symboliques. Désormais, la communication homme-machine constitue un enjeu important dans la relation médecin-patient. Cette situation suppose la nécessité de l’amplification d’un dialogue et d’un constat humain entre le praticien et son malade. À partir de ce constat, nous avons établi une approche par un modèle éthique qui cherche à donner une intelligibilité, c’est-à-dire un sens au phénomène. Pour cela, nous nous sommes basés sur les quatre principes de la bioéthique : l’autonomie, la bienfaisance, la non-malfaisance et la justice. Ce modèle constitue une représentation simplifiée qui fournit aux individus différents moyens de comprendre ce qu’ils réalisent, leur organisation et l’environnement qui les entoure. L’intérêt de ce modèle est donc de permettre une analyse complète d’une recherche collaborative d’information et de l’interface homme-machine ou encore « infosphère » qui concilie à la fois la technologie et l’éthique. On assiste alors à une triangulation de la relation médecin-patient avec un dispositif technologique qui devient un partenaire à part entière de la prise en charge des soins. L’harmonie et l’équilibre de cette relation de santé intégrant le système d’information passe nécessairement par le dialogue et le compromis entre la technique rationnalisant, d’une part, et la conscience humaine, d’autre part. |

| Summary, etc. | Modeling ethics of collaborative research of informationThe digital world is not an austere universe consisting only of numbers. The technologies are not just instruments, they are also carriers of affordances involving values and interpretations of the surrounding reality. All technology carries with it an important ethical burden. Every person, every tool has therefore an ethic, comes a message, a meaning of its own. Users perceive this digital space angles of view that may be real, fictional or symbolic. Now, Human-Machine communication is an important issue in the Doctor-Patient relationship. This implies the need for amplification of a dialogue and human observation between practitioner and patient. From this observation, we established a model approach ethics that seeks to provide intelligibility, that is to say a sense of the phenomenon. For this, we relied on the four principles of bioethics: Autonomy, Beneficence, Non-maleficence and Justice. This model is a simplified representation which provides individuals with different ways of understanding what they make, their organization and the environment around them. The advantage of this model is to enable a comprehensive analysis of a collaborative research of information and Human-Machine interface or “info-sphere” that combines both technology and ethics. There is then a triangulation of the Doctor-Patient relationship with a technological device that becomes a full partner in the management of care. The harmony and balance of this health relationship including the information system is achieved through dialogue and compromise between the technical streamlining, the one hand, and human consciousness, on the other. |
