| Summary, etc. | Depuis les années 1990, le Pérou connaît d’importantes mutations dans ses espaces ruraux. En effet, la mise en place de mesures de libéralisation de l’économie a facilité l’installation sur le piémont côtier péruvien de grands domaines agro-industriels supposés plus aptes à faire face à la concurrence sur des marchés mondialisés. Les agriculteurs et producteurs déjà en place sont confrontés à l’arrivée de nouveaux acteurs qui les fragilisent et à une mutation de leurs territoires. Nous nous sommes ainsi interrogés sur la vulnérabilité des petits producteurs et sur les moyens qu’ils ont pour y faire face, mais aussi sur celle des territoires eux-mêmes dans ce nouveau contexte mondialisé. |

| Summary, etc. | Since the 1990s, Peru has faced significant changes in its rural areas. Indeed, the implementation of a liberal economy has facilitated the establishment of large agro-industrial areas, which are considered more apt to compete in globalized markets. Farmers and producers living on the Peruvian piedmont coastline for several generations must face the arrival of new players who weaken them and the mutation of their territories. We have therefore examined the vulnerability of small producers and how they cope with the situation. We have also studied the territories themselves in this new global context. |

| Summary, etc. | Desde la década de 1990, en el Perú occuren cambios significativos en los espacios rurales. La implementación de medidas de liberalización de la economía facilitó la instalación en la Costa peruana de grandes fundos agroindustriales supuestamente más capaces de competir en los mercados globalizados. Los agricultores y productores anteriormente instalados en los valles se enfrentan por lo tanto a la llegada de nuevos actores que los debilita y provoca una mutación de sus territorios. El artículo analiza la vulnerabilidad de los pequeños productores, los medios que disponen para enfrentarla así como la vulnerabilidad de los mismos territorios en este nuevo contexto global. |
