| Summary, etc. | This article presents a survey carried out among residents of Grenoble Alpes Métropole in order to canvass their opinions on the place of consultation in their vision of local policy and their understanding of the use of an institutional participatory digital platform. More specifically, we present the users of a participatory digital platform, documenting their digital practices and the role they attach to it as part of their civic commitment, whether individual or carried out by collectives. Do the latter see themselves as “contributing citizens” or as a collective forming an audience for consultation? |
