520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The success of entrepreneurs is traditionally associated with business performance and, according to this definition, businesses run by women are less successful than those run by men. Our study, based on 10 case studies of women entrepreneurs, proposes to step back from classical approaches that draw on objective elements in order to examine women’s own perceptions of their entrepreneurial career success (ECS). The research findings propose a definition of ECS that allows specifically for the definition of female entrepreneurial success.
