Summary, etc. | À l’origine des formes, dans l’art préhistorique, il y avait un espace imaginaire à plusieurs dimensions qui constituait le « fond » de la représentation. Dans l’art historique, l’espace n’avait été d’abord conçu que comme bidimensionnel. Dans la peinture, j’essaie de saisir quelque chose qui me touche, quelque chose de physique, de corporel. Je réalise cela à travers la séduction des couleurs, qui sont là pour dire l’indicible. |

Summary, etc. | At the origin of the forms, in the prehistoric art, it had an imaginary space in several dimensions which established the “bottom” of the representation. In the historic art, the space had been conceived at first only as two-dimensional. In the painting, I try to seize something which affects me, something physical, from the body. I realize it through the seduction of colors, which are there to say the unspeakable. |
