| Summary, etc. | Si les relations entre organisation sociale, capacités biophysiques et création de valeur ajoutée peuvent être appréhendées séparément lors d’une évaluation ciblée des performances de l’économie, elles doivent être analysées conjointement lorsque l’enjeu est la transition écologique. Toute autre approche impliquerait de négliger les fonctions socio-organisationnelles de création de valeur, et les fonctions de support social et économique exercées par les systèmes naturels. Dans une perspective pratique de soutenabilité, une économie de la fonctionnalité peut contribuer à la maintenance de ces différentes fonctions. Cette économie permet une prise en compte intégrée de liens indirects et peu tangibles entre production de valeur économique, pressions sur l’environnement et société. Elle induit la nécessité d’autres échelles, cadres et temporalités d’évaluation. La méthodologie MDSC permet de représenter les flux d’informations et de capitaux entre une opération micro-économique et les productions conjointes de valeurs sociales, économiques et environnementales à l’échelle des territoires dans lesquelles elle s’inscrit.Codes JEL : O35 |

| Summary, etc. | Dynamic Modeling of Cost Systems (DMCS) : A System of Representation of Values Adapted to the Development of the Functional Economy for an Ecological TransitionWhile the relations between socio-organizational, biophysical dimensions and value creation can be approached separately in a performance valuation assessment, they need to be dealt with together if the ecological transition is to be achieved. Not to do so would involve neglecting the influence of the socio-organizational framework on value creation, and the role of natural systems as added value production supports. With a view to putting sustainability into practice, models based on a functional economy can contribute to maintaining the structures and functionalities proper to each of these issues. This functional approach allows taking into account intangible and indirect links between value productions, pressures on the environment, and society. It brings the need of other valuation spaces, frameworks and time scales. The DMCS method represents the circulation of information and capital flows between a micro economic process and joint productions of social, economic and ecological values at the local level.JEL Codes : O35 |
