Summary, etc. La confection de l’outil grammatical pour apprendre une langue ‘étrangère’ subit une série de conditionnements – didactique, social, idéologique – étalés sur un vecteur historique. L’analyse du discours des auteurs de grammaires françaises pour hispanophones des XVIe et XVIIe s. permet de mieux caractériser le discours de transmission des connaissances, tel qu’il se manifeste au cours de la période historique choisie, par la présence de diverses modalités et fonctions (discours assertif, injonctif, appréciatif) et, par ce biais, de mieux cerner la notion de didacticité. La présence d’un abondant discours appréciatif souligne également l’investissement des auteurs dans leur ouvrage par des interventions qui révèlent une représentation de la langue française (entre autres), qui est transmise aux apprenants. Cette analyse s’accompagne d’une réflexion sur les implications de ces représentations quant à l’apprentissage du français.

Summary, etc. The views of the authors of French grammars for Spanish-speakers (XVIth-XVIIth centuries) The design of a grammatical tool to teach a language to foreigners undergoes a series of conditionings (of social and ideological order), which are spread over a historic vector. The discourse analysis of the authors of French grammars for Spanish speakers of the XVIth and XVIIth centuries allows us to characterize better that process, and here we have prioritized the discourse of knowledge transmission, with the presence of different modalities and functions (declarative, injunctive, appreciative discourse), and so, we have characterised the notion didacticité. Likewise, the presence of frequent appreciative discourse underlines the implication of the authors in their works through interventions, which reveal a representation of the French language.
