| Summary, etc. | Les adverbes bougrement et bigrement sont deux adverbes intensifs en - ment appartenant au registre familier. On les emploie généralement pour exprimer le haut degré. Toutefois, nous avons relevé certains emplois qui montrent que bougrement et bigrement peuvent aussi, dans certains contextes, s’apparenter à des adverbes de complétude (notamment complètement) ou à des adverbes d’extension qualitative (notamment vraiment). |

However, we have identified a number of uses which show that bougrement and bigrement can also, in certain contexts, be similar to adverbs of completeness (in particular completely) or adverbs of qualitative extension (in particular really). |
