| Summary, etc. | Les droits sexuels sont ici interrogés de façon hétérodoxe comme l’ensemble des phénomènes marquant l’émergence d’idiosyncrasies sexuelles – incluant les femmes – et en appelant à un régime de libre arbitre inédit, idéologiquement assez éloigné des thématiques antérieures de la libération et de la liberté sexuelles. L’article examine en premier lieu les figures politiques des droits sexuels telles qu’elles donnent à voir aujourd’hui, en particulier en Chine et au Bangladesh. Dans une seconde partie, l’auteure s’attache aux échos intimes de la libéralisation des sexualités avec des exemples français et laotiens. Enfin, ce sont les modalités présentes du désir et de la jouissance qui sont analysées dans un contexte d’état d’urgence. |

| Summary, etc. | Sexual rights are here questioned in a heterodox way as the whole of the phenomena marking the emergence of sexual idiosyncrasies – including women – and by calling for a new regime of free will, ideologically far removed from the previous themes of liberation and sexual freedom. The article first examines the political figures of sexual rights as they show today especially in China and Bangladesh. In a second part, the author focuses on the intimate echoes of the liberalization of sexualities with French and Laotian examples. Finally, it is the present modalities of desire and enjoyment that are analyzed in a state of emergency. |
