| Summary, etc. | La question de la présence des services publics dans les territoires – notamment ruraux - revient régulièrement à l’actualité et a été mise en avant par le récent mouvement des « Gilets jaunes ». Les pouvoirs publics tentent de répondre à ces disparitions depuis une cinquantaine d’années. C’est ainsi qu’ont été instaurés en 2015 des « schémas départementaux d’amélioration de l’accessibilité des services au public » (SDAASP). Sur la base de l’étude d’une quinzaine de schémas, nous examinons comment la mise en place de ces SDAASP tente de répondre à la question de la présence des services publics sur l’ensemble du territoire français. |

| Summary, etc. | The issue of the presence of public services in the territories, especially rural ones, regularly comes up in the news and has been highlighted by the recent "Gilets jaunes" movement. The authorities have been trying to respond to these disappearances for some 50 years. In 2015, "departmental schemes to improve the accessibility of services to the public" (SDAASP) were introduced. On the basis of the study of some fifteen schemes, we examine how the implementation of these SDAASPs attempts to answer the question of the presence of public services throughout France. |
