| Summary, etc. | À l'heure de la Start-up Nation où l'entrepreneuriat permettrait à chacun de réussir sa vie tant qu'il en a la volonté, l'article étudie en quoi le déploiement de l'aide à la création d'entreprise en quartier prioritaire réduirait les inégalités socio-spatiales qui touchent ses habitants. Plus précisément, il analyse la mise en œuvre spatiale du dispositif « Osez Entreprendre » qui sensibilise, accompagne et finance des entrepreneurs implantés dans les quartiers prioritaires de Nantes Métropole. Pour ce faire, l'article s'appuie sur une enquête de terrain composée d'observations et d'entretiens. Il montre que les conseillers d'Osez Entreprendre cherchent à intégrer économiquement et spatialement les entrepreneurs des quartiers en les sensibilisant à l'échelle locale et en ouvrant leurs opportunités à l'échelle intercommunale. Toutefois, cette action publique actualise des fractures sociales et spatiales qu'elle entend réduire. |

| Summary, etc. | In a Start-up Nation where entrepreneurship would enable anyone guided by his determination to have a successful life, the article examines how the deployment of business support in deprived neighborhoods locations would reduce socio-spatial inequalities that affect their inhabitants. More precisely, it studies the spatial actions of « Osez Entreprendre » program which informs, supports and finances entrepreneurs located in Nantes Métropole deprived locations. For this purpose, the article relies on a field survey composed of observations and interviews. It shows that Osez Entreprendre advisors aim to integrate economically and spatially the entrepreneurs of deprived locations by meeting them at the local scale and by opening up their opportunities at the intercommunal scale. This public policy actualizes however the social and spatial splits that it intends to reduce. |
