| Summary, etc. | En nous appuyant principalement sur l’exemple du Libre et des communs numériques (logiciels libres, Wikipédia, OpenStreetMap, etc.), nous défendrons l’idée qu’envisager les mouvances comme des espaces entre mobilité et ancrage permet de gagner en intelligence des géographies contemporaines du politique. Construits autour de valeurs dont la définition est elle-même une activité et un enjeu, centraux, ces espaces dont l’unité intérieure est introuvable et la clôture vers l’extérieur impossible, constituent a priori des espaces du politique orthogonaux à ceux organisés selon les maillages de pouvoir étatiques : les territoires des États et leurs circonscriptions. Après avoir montré comment des « lieux pour l’exemple » donnent à lire de véritables manifestes politiques par l’espace, nous nous intéresserons à quelques modalités de la traduction entre Mouvance et État compris comme espaces de représentation. |

| Summary, etc. | Drawing mainly on the example of the "Libre" and the digital commons (free software, Wikipedia, OpenStreetMap, etc.), we will defend the idea that considering "mouvances" as spaces between mobility and anchoring enables us to gain a better understanding of the contemporary geographies of the political. Built around values whose definition is itself a central activity and issue, these spaces, whose inner unity is impossible to find and whose closure to the outside world is impossible, constitute a priori spaces of the political that are orthogonal to those organised according to state power grids: the territories of states and their districts. After showing how "exemplary places" give rise to political manifestos through space, we will look at some of the ways in which translation occurs between the mouvance and the state, understood as spaces of representation. |
