| Summary, etc. | La dernière Loi sur le Renseignement autorise l’installation de boites noires chez les fournisseurs d’accès Internet, permettant la saisie administrative de l’ensemble des métadonnées des ressortissants français. Leur traitement algorithmique permettrait d’accéder directement au réel des individus, sans que la question de la vérité puisse être posée, puisque le langage est hors champ. La loi, de caractère surmoïque, efface toute négativité et prétend posséder un savoir absolu sur le réel des individus. Elle se pose ainsi comme l’instrument d’un pouvoir totalitaire. |

Their algorithmic processing might allow to access directly to the “real” of the individuals, forbidding the question of the truth to be asked, since language is off camera. The law, superegoïc, erases any negativity and claims to own an absolute power over the real of individuals. It so poses itself as the instrument of a totalitarian power. |
