| Summary, etc. | Dans le présent essai, on soutient la thèse selon laquelle les idéologies identitaires constituent un poison pour la société et le corps politique. Elles se caractérisent en effet par une quadruple toxicité : celle d’abord d’une division de la vulnérabilité qui entend opposer les uns aux autres les êtres fragilisés par des conditions économiques, politiques et sociales injustes, celle également d’un déni de l’histoire qui refuse d’admettre le caractère hétérogène et composite d’une société plurielle, celle ensuite d’une falsification du présent qui s’arrange avec les faits et les statistiques, celle enfin d’un parti pris de la violence qui se traduit par la lente sédimentation de façons de dire et de faire inacceptables. |
