Les conditions de vie des 5 % des ménages les plus modestes se dégradent depuis 2017 avec une baisse du pouvoir d’achat, une progression du nombre de personnes sans domicile fixe et une précarisation des étrangers. Les associations de lutte contre l’exclusion considèrent qu’il est possible d’éradiquer la pauvreté en luttant contre le non recours aux droits sociaux, en créant un revenu minimum décent et en doublant la production de logements très sociaux. |

Their purchasing power dropped, homelessness is on the rise and migrants are increasingly living in precariousness. The NGOs fighting against exclusion are convinced it is possible to eradicate poverty through policies aimed at tackling the non use of rights, creating a decent minimum income and doubling the production of « very social » housing. |
