Cette institution est unique en Europe, la France ayant pour particularité d’avoir fait de la famille une catégorie de l’action politique. Malgré les mutations des modèles familiaux et la relativisation de l’intérêt porté aux familles par les gouvernements, elle a réussi jusqu’ici à conserver son statut. |
