Elle génère une intensification du travail qui, combinée à la charge du travail domestique, entrave la socialisation professionnelle des femmes. La CGT HPE (hôtels de prestige et économiques), qui s’oppose à l’externalisation fait de l’intégration syndicale des femmes de chambre un moyen de leur intégration professionnelle. |
