| Summary, etc. | « La société française [dit Hicham Benaïssa] entretient avec le corps de Nahel M., et de tous les autres, une relation raciale, seule explication valable permettant de justifier, des dizaines d’années après, leur agglomération continue dans les mêmes lieux délabrés et méprisés, à la périphérie des grandes villes. » Cette analyse du meurtre de Nahel (27 juin 2023) tend à gommer l’historicité de cette relation raciale en France depuis octobre 1961. Cet article se propose de recourir à une analyse des « générations sociales » des enfants d’immigrés maghrébins pour resituer ces faits dans une sociohistoire en longue période de ce groupe « socioracial » en France. |

This analysis of Nahel’s murder (27 June 2023) tends to erase the historicity of this racial relationship in France since October 1961. The paper proposes to use an analysis of the « social generations » of the children of Maghrebi immigrants, to situate these facts in a longterm socio-history of this « socio-racial » group in France. |
