| Summary, etc. | Réunir le concept de contre-transfert et le psychodrame psychanalytique, c’est réunir deux étrangers qui ont eu du mal à se faire une place dans la psychanalyse. Le premier, concept arrivé très tôt sous la plume de Freud, a dû attendre l’après-guerre pour connaître une évolution qui le dégage du statut de gêne au processus analytique pour devenir avec certains post freudiens un outil précieux d’exploration du psychisme inconscient. Une évolution liée à l’extension des champs de recherche de la psychanalyse aux borderline et aux psychotiques. C’est aussi cette extension qui a amené l’aménagement du cadre analytique qu’est le psychodrame, qui s’adresse à des patients qui ne peuvent bénéficier du dispositif habituel. La diffraction du transfert et du contre-transfert sur l’ensemble des participants permet de les rendre plus tolérables et plus facilement interprétables. |

| Summary, etc. | Bringing together the concept of counter-transference and psychoanalytic psychodrama means bringing together two strangers who have encountered difficulties in finding their place in psychoanalysis. The former, which is a concept that came to Freud’s attention very early on, had to await the post-war period to grow out of its original status as an hindrance to the analytical process and become, according to some post-Freudians, a valuable tool for exploring the unconscious psyche. This development was linked to the broadening of psychoanalysis research fields to borderline and psychotic patients. This development led to the adaptation of the analytical setting in psychodrama, which is designed for patients who cannot be reached by the classic method. The diffraction of transference and counter-transference onto all the participants makes them more bearable and more easily interpretable. |
