| Summary, etc. | On présente le cas d'une femme incapable d'avoir des relations proches. Les limites imposées par le cadre psychanalytique vont devenir rapidement source de ressentiment. Et l'on va voir se déplier une multiplicité de scènes triangulaires spécifiques qui illustrent les déformations complexes et troublantes de la scène primitive, une scène primitive envisagée comme l'arène de scénarios sadomasochistes. La patiente vivait sous l'emprise d'une compulsion à reproduire la structure d'un trauma originel : une relation symbiotique narcissique à l'imago d'une mère omnipotente, qui fut éprouvée de manière extrême, soit en tant que bon objet idéalisé, soit en tant qu'objet profondément mauvais, endommagé et persécuteur. |

| Summary, etc. | A case of a woman unable to have close relationships is presented. The limits imposed by the psychoanalytic setting soon became a source of resentment. A multiplicity of specific triangular scenes unfolded, illustrating the complex and confused misrepresentations of the primal scene, envisaged as the arena for sado-masochistic scenarios. The patient was under the ascendancy of a compulsion to repeat the structure of an original trauma : a symbiotic narcissistic relationship with an omnipotent mother imago which was experienced in extreme terms : either as an idealised good object or as a thoroughly persecuting, damaged bad one. |
