| Summary, etc. | La notion de société multiactive renvoie à un régime d’activité de type nouveau. L’ancien est celui dans lequel nous vivons encore aujourd’hui : c’est un régime qui se caractérise par l’adossement de la définition de l’activité sur un et un seul signifiant : l’emploi. Ce référentiel d’organisation du régime d’activité a permis de construire la société salariale, mais il montre aujourd’hui ses limites dans un contexte structurel et culturel en changement profond. Face à la nécessité d’une réelle disruption, les auteurs proposent, à partir d’une approche genre, un scénario alternatif de l’organisation sociétale : la société multiactive, qui s’enracine dans des pratiques individuelles et institutionnelles innovantes déjà à l’œuvre. Il s’agit alors de repenser le logiciel social en vue de reconnaître la contribution de chacun.e aux activités productrices à la fois de biens communs et de bien-être, sans qu’aucune ne soit distribuée en fonction du genre. |

| Summary, etc. | The notion of a multiactive society refers to a new type of activity regime that would follow on the one in which we still live today, where the definition of activity rests on a sole signifier, employment. That system of references has permitted the construction of a labor society, but today its limitations in a structural and cultural context in process of profound change are becoming evident. Faced with the need for real disruption, the authors propose, from a gender approach, an alternative scenario of the societal organization: the multiactive society, which is rooted in innovative individual and institutional practices already in place. It is then a question of rethinking the social software in order to recognize the contribution of each one to the activities producing both common goods and well-being, without any being distributed according to gender. |

| Summary, etc. | El concepto de sociedad multiactiva nos remite a un nuevo tipo de régimen de actividad. El antiguo, en el nos encontramos en el momento actual, se caracteriza por ir respaldado por un único significante en la definición del concepto de actividad: el empleo. Este referencial de organización del régimen de actividad ha permitido construir la sociedad salarial. Sin embargo, en el momento contemporáneo este referencial ha mostrado sus límites en un contexto estructural y cultural en profunda mutación. Ante la necesidad de un giro real, los autores proponen, desde una perspectiva de género, un escenario alternativo de organización social: la sociedad multi-activa, anclada en prácticas individuales e institucionales innovadoras puestas ya en marcha. Se trata de replantearse las lógicas de funcionamiento social para así reconocer la contribución de cada persona a las actividades productivas tanto de bienes comunes como de bienestar, sin que se distribuya en función del género. |
