| Summary, etc. | S’appuyant sur une centaine d’entretiens effectués auprès de travailleurs sociaux, l’article a pour objet d’éclairer la relation entre les postures professionnelles et les expériences (affectives) individuelles hors sphère professionnelle. L’analyse des données recueillies nous a permis d’identifier une série d’éléments faisant spécifiquement référence à des états de souffrance. Nous examinerons successivement la place et l’influence de cette souffrance ressentie par les professionnels, ainsi que les diverses stratégies individuelles mises en œuvre pour y répondre. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on a hundred interviews of social workers, this article, aims to shed light on the relationship existing between the professional positions adopted by those professionals and their individual (affective) experiences outside the workplace. The analysis of the data collected brought to the identification of a series of elements specifically referring to a state of suffering. This paper examines therefore successively the place and the influence of the suffering experienced by these professionals, as well as the various strategies implemented as individual responses. |
