Summary, etc. | Résumé« Que dois-je faire ? » : telle est la question à partir de laquelle, selon Kant, il devient nécessaire de parler de morale.« Que dois-je faire pour (bien) exercer mon métier ? » : l’enseignant du primaire en France s’est posé la question de la morale professionnelle, notamment mais non uniquement, de 1945 à nos jours. Parmi les réponses écrites unanimement attestées dans les Écoles normales et dans la quasi-totalité des écoles primaires, jusqu’à la fin des années quatre-vingt, figure le Code Soleil. Fréquemment qualifié de « véritable bréviaire qui doit guider l’instituteur dans sa vie quotidienne1 » ou de « gardien de la morale et véritable bible des instituteurs d’avant-guerre2 », cet ouvrage se propose d’exposer les principes essentiels qui doivent guider l’instituteur dans l’exercice de sa fonction (102)3. |

Summary, etc. | The five principles of action for the primary teacher from the Code Soleil“ What do I have to do to work the right way?” That is the basic question about professional morality. The Code Soleil has been answering this question, during more than half century on fifty pages: all he/she needed to know about his/her function, duties and rights. Presented as the changing operator for public and democratic education, the primary teacher is, first of all, a secular educator sent anywhere in France to raise up young people and build citizens. The position is always assigned to five principles of action: Educating human being; Being responsible people; Enjoying school and having school enjoyed; Appreciating children and being appreciated by them; Cooperating. |

Summary, etc. | Los cinco paradigmas de actuacción del profesor de primaria del Code Soleil« ¿ Qué tengo que hacer para ejercer (bien) mi oficio ? » tal es la cuestión de la moralidad profesional. El Code Soleil ha contestado a esta pregunta durante más de medio siglo presentando dentro de una cincuentena de páginas todo lo que un profesor de primaria debe saber sobre su función,sus deberes y sus derechos.Presentado como el operador del cambio de la instrucción pública en educación nacional y democrática, el profesor de primaria es ante todo un educador laico,enviado a un rincón de Francia para educar a los jóvenes y formar ciudadanos. Su misión se declina en cinco paradigmas de actuación : formar hombres, ser hombres, amar y hacer amar la escuela, amar a los niños y ser capaz de ser amado por ellos, cooperar. |
