| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans la classe (ou dans l’école), lorsqu’un conflit éclate, le professeur est responsable de sa régulation. Dans l’optique d’une reconstruction du contrat didactique générique, la question se pose de substituer à l’activité professorale de contrôle, un travail d’institution qui permette l’ouverture de nouvelles significations dans le rapport social et dans les jeux de langage de la classe. L’ouverture se ferait en direction d’un commun intersubjectif de la collectivité scolaire, cherchant à « tisser des significations partagées ». Un tel projet éducatif nécessite de penser les institutions du sens qui pourraient autoriser, dans la classe, ce travail de régulation. L’auteur étudie dans cette optique les pratiques de l’école Freinet de Vence. |

| Summary, etc. | Construction of social relation in the classroom: cooperative reunion, a regulating institution?When an incident breaks up, be it within the classroom (or the school), the teacher is the one responsible for regulating the situation. From the viewpoint of a reconstruction of a generic didactic contract, the question raised is over substituting the teacher’s activity of control for a work on institution that enables the opening of new significations in social relations and in the language games of the class. The opening would be performed towards an inter-subjective common field within the school community ; one that would try to “weave shared significations” (Sensevy). Such an educational project requires thinking over the institutions of meaning that could allow this regulating work to operate in the class. It is from this viewpoint that I have studied the practical functioning of Freinet’s school in Vence. |

| Summary, etc. | Construcción de la relación social en la clase : la reunión de cooperativa, ¿una institución de regulación ?En la clase (o en la escuela), en el momento que un conflicto estalla, el profesor es responsable de regular la situación. Con vistas a una reconstrucción del contrato didáctico genérico, la cuestión se plantea de substituir a la actividad profesoral de control un trabajo de institución que permita la apertura de nuevos significados en la relación social y en los juegos de lenguaje de la clase. La apertura se haría en dirección de un común intersubjetivo de la colectividad escolar, pretendiendo « tejer significados compartidos » (Sensevy). Tal proyecto educativo requiere pensar las instituciones del sentido que podrían autorizar, en la clase, este trabajo de regulación. Estudié desde este punto de vista las prácticas de la escuela Freinet de Vence. |
